Question about video conferencing over broadband cards? - broadband video conference
When I video conference with a friend in Europe, which communicate using a broadband card that I get the error message "can not acquire an IP address Thank you .. Why is this so? in advance!

Broadband Card - Mobile? Wifi? Ethernet?
What is wrong is he? The operating system? The video program?
How will all the equipment? In order to automatically obtain an IP address or a static address?
Is computer access to the Internet?
