Nominations for USNA? - official letter of community service hours

I'm trying to get a date for the Naval Academy, and I wonder if anyone can give me advice on how I my letter of nomination for one of the deputies or senators? Suck my average student had one years cuz i did not like school, but in the second and third year, I tried as much as possible to play, but still very low. And I am a true beneficiary of the test and my bad SA are low. I think, take it up again, so atleast until 1800.
At first I thought that my university would not always good enough to get into the USNA but recently wrote that I am now an official candidate for the class of 2014, and I'll do that now ... Sorry for the migratory history of my life anyway lol What do you think my chances are of me in the Naval Academy? My year unweighted average is 3.0 (AMP junior and the second was weighted 3.5) 1600 SA, 6 AP classes all work as captain of the wrestling team (Varsity 2 letters), and that's all. When I look, I think it's so **** in gOnna try to make hours of community service, and I join a few clubs at school, but my final year of his thinking, and I'm already a little late, do not quit, but informed. Any input appreciated.
