Cremation Urn Jewelry I Have A Sealed Bronze Urn For Cremation Remains, Can I Carry This On The Plane?

I have a sealed bronze urn for cremation remains, can I carry this on the plane? - cremation urn jewelry

I am the transport of ash into the air, but the urn made of bronze. Now I know it can not be an X-Ray, but I can still take it into consideration? What happens to my luggage? If they are not X-ray luggage as we can verify their content for checked baggage?

I can save a lot of trouble if they are not open x-ray or physically, the container, it will be allowed to advance. Did you know that you would travel with the rest? Must be informed because of the funeral director, that the package be opened to x-rayable or be able to. Will call the airlines and ask to recommend what they are doing this because the sealed box. In the worst case, you must destroy the ballot box for the rest if you can fly, then a new box to buy. Good luck, I hope everything goes well for you.

The TSA Web site:

You can filter the transportation of the urn as checked baggage, each in the situation. We are the urn for explosive materials, or with a variety of techniques screen if disabled, will be accepted as checked baggage only.

Some airlines do not allow burned remains as checked baggage so please check with your airline before attempting to transport a crematory container in checked baggage.

At present we can not say with certainty that success in a specific crematory containers pass through an X-ray machine, but we recommend you buy a lighter in temporary or permanent crematory materials such as wood or plastic, which are fertilized x-ray .
